Can't find your answer?

Browse the programmes offered by the institution, open the programme you are interested in and select the application option. Complete the required information, upload any requested supporting documents and submit the application. CampusBook will show a confirmation when your application has been successfully submitted.

Sign in to the applicant portal and open your application. The current status will normally show whether your application has been submitted, is under review, requires additional information, or has reached an admission decision. The exact statuses available depend on the institution.

If your institution has issued an admission document through CampusBook, it will normally appear in your application or admission area after the admission decision has been completed. If the document is not available, confirm that the admission process is complete or contact the institution.

Confirm that the file type and size meet the requirements shown on the upload field. Use a stable internet connection and avoid renaming files with unusual symbols. If the upload still fails, try a supported browser or contact support with the name of the document and the error shown.

Confirm that you are using the correct username, email address or student identifier for your account. If you have forgotten your password, use the password-reset option where available. If your account is locked, inactive or managed by your institution, contact the institution or CampusBook Support.

First confirm that the payment was successful with the payment provider. Keep the transaction or payment reference. Some payments may require reconciliation before they appear on your student account. If the payment remains missing, contact the institution's accounts office or CampusBook Support and provide the transaction reference.

Open the fees or payments section of your student account and select the relevant transaction. Where the institution has enabled electronic receipts, you can view or download the receipt from the transaction record.

Academic results are displayed only after the institution has approved and published them. Sign in to your student account and open the academic or results section. Questions about grades or missing results should be directed to your institution because CampusBook does not determine grades.

CampusBook uses role-based access. Authorised institution administrators assign users to roles and permissions appropriate to their responsibilities. Staff should only be granted access to the records and functions required for their work.

Corrections should be made by an authorised staff member using the relevant student-management workflow. Changes to sensitive or controlled fields may require additional approval depending on the institution's configuration.

CampusBook can associate confirmed payments with the appropriate applicant or student account using transaction references and configured payment workflows. Exceptions, unmatched payments and manual adjustments should be reviewed by authorised finance personnel.

Use the CampusBook Contact page and select Technical Support. Include the institution name, affected module, a clear description of the issue and, where appropriate, screenshots or error details. Avoid sending passwords or other authentication credentials.
